SHIPPING POLICY

Netherlands: 1 day (order before 10:00 PM for next day delivery)

Germany, Belgium, Austria: 1-2 business days

France: 2-5 business days

Other EU countries: 2-5 business days

Made-to-order or custom items: Estimated delivery time is 2-4 weeks, depending on your location and demand.

Note: Back orders or made-to-order items are shipped directly by our jewelers outside the EU and are exclusive of import duties and taxes.

TAXES & DUTIES
Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties and fees. All standard shipping orders and worldwide express shipments are sent DDU ("duties and taxes unpaid") from Asia. We do not collect VAT, import duties, or taxes and cannot predict the estimated costs. To collect the package, additional fees must be paid to clear customs. As we ship to more than 50 countries, some countries may require additional cash on delivery fees. In this case, fees are paid to the local carrier. Soleya Jewelry does not collect these fees and has no control over what local governments charge.

OWNERSHIP & RISK
To ensure fast shipping times, we cannot make changes to or cancel your order once it has been placed. If you made a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us immediately via email at info@soleyajewelry.store

Any delivery date or time provided by us is only an estimate, and Soleya Jewelry is not liable for any loss or damage caused by a reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Once shipped, Soleya Jewelry takes no responsibility for loss or damage of items during transit.

In the unlikely event your order is not received within the expected delivery timeframe, please email us as soon as possible but within 30 days of the shipping date so we can start an investigation. If you contact us after 30 days, we will not be able to start an investigation as Proof of Delivery documents are no longer available after this period. Soleya Jewelry cannot be held liable if we are not notified within this 30 day window.
