RETURN POLICY
Returning or exchanging items is allowed up to 14 calendar days after receiving your order. Simply send the product back in its original condition and without previously used shipping labels.
HOW CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY ITEMS?
Wrong size? Want something different? Or just want a refund?
It’s very simple. Just go to our Return Portal to arrange your return.
Exchanging items is allowed up to 14 calendar days after receiving your order and is free of charge.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND OR EXCHANGE ITEM?
For refunds:
We aim to process your refund within 5 days of receiving it at our warehouse. Once we have issued your refund, you will receive an email notification.
Please note that it may take an additional 5 business days for the amount to be credited to your account. This processing time depends on your bank, so contact them directly if 5 business days have passed and you have not yet received the amount.
For exchanges:
We aim to ship your new exchange order within 5 days of receiving your returned item at our warehouse. You will receive a notification with your new order details via email.
WHAT ARE THE RETURN COSTS?
The return shipping costs are your responsibility and depend on the courier and the country from which you are returning the package.
PROMOTIONS
For a "Buy 2, Get 1 Free" or a similar promotion where one or more items are free, the discount is applied to the lowest-priced item. This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions. If you would like to exchange one of the items, please visit our contact our customer service team for assistance.
Important: Free items can only be exchanged, not refunded. If you would like a refund for a purchased item from the promotion, the free item must also be returned. If you choose to keep the free item, the sale price of the free item will be deducted from your refund.
