How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Can I cancel my order or change my shipping address?
We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
How can I return or exchange my items?
You can return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving them, as long as they are unworn and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Gifts can also be returned or exchanged. Please note: custom-made pieces and earrings are non-returnable.
LIFETIME WARRANTY
How does the lifetime warranty work?
Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects and plating issues under normal use. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications is not covered. Please contact our customer service team with proof of purchase to submit your claim.
